1. No Returns:

Sorry to say but all the sales of phone cases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once a purchase has been made. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Desi Case, including but not limited to our website, retail stores, or any other sales channels we operate.

2. No Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Once a transaction is completed, the sale is final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If your phone case arrives damaged or defective, the delivery company will be responsible for it as our team always check the quality twice before shipping.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2-3 days of receipt. We will review your situation and may provide a replacement.
